Jyväsmiekka is a sports club dedicated to Finnish padded-weapons fighting, also known as boffering. We are located in Jyväskylä, Finland with our main activity being local weekly trainings for various age groups. We also organize boffering events, both public and private, irregularly.
Even though our webpage is only in Finnish for now, all non-Finnish speakers are warmly welcome to all of our trainings and open events. The sport is completely safe and no protective gear is required due to the soft weapons we are using. All our trainings are either free for first-timers or completely free all year round.
You can check the training schedule for the ongoing season below and from the front page (Etusivu), and use Google Translate for translation.
